U Channel extrusions from AK Rubber are normally manufactured from a flexible EPDM rubber which has excellent resistance to ageing, weather, UV, ozone and many chemicals. It has high and low temperature stability as well as steam and water resistance but is not suitable for contact with petroleum liquids. Operational Temperature range –40°C to + 120°C.
Applications include glazing seals, panel edge trimming, protection against rough edges and many more.
